Prior to becoming a CrossFit L1 trainer, I was just a regular at Bolster. I have always been active and have participated in a number of individual and team sports. I have been a lifelong exercise enthusiast but until I found CrossFit (and Bolster) I was never overly fit. I decided to try out CrossFit after hitting a plateau with my regular weight training routine and I’ve been hooked ever since. The personal and athletic growth that I’ve experienced from my time at Bolster made me want to give something back so I took the L1. I love working with our athletes to help them break down those things that they think they can’t do – and watching them accomplish them.
