CrossFit Bolster offers a variety of classes at our gym in Ferndale to fit your specific needs. Our program has evolved to bring you additional benefits of a well-rounded fitness program, with CrossFit being the primary multi-disciplinary practice.

Our CrossFit gym in Ferndale provides modification and intensification options to each individual, we strive to maintain an effective, fun, and safe fitness environment for everyone.
Each one hour class class consists of a warm up, and a workout with a certified coach. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.
The Bolster Foundations program is designed to bridge the gap between new members and our CrossFit group classes. This 2-week, 4-class program is designed to further your understanding of exercise fundamentals, CrossFit movements, build a foundation and help you achieve your everyday life, fitness or athletic performance goals. Classes meet on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 6pm.
If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1-on-1 to reach your fitness goals.
