I joined Crossfit in 2016 because I needed a new workout regimen. It was very refreshing to have so many new movements to learn. Even from the beginning, I was always drawn more towards the WODs that incorporated weightlifting. My curiosity for the sport of Weightlifting grew and I decided to get my USAWL1. I am passionate about helping people reach their goals in Olympic Weightlifting and helping them incorporate those movements correctly in WODs.
