CrossFit Training with CrossFit Bolster

Tired of the gym routine? CrossFit Bolster isn’t a gym at all. It’s not a place where you reluctantly go after work, plug in your headphones to avoid unwanted interaction and do the same old routine.
CrossFit Bolster is the place you can’t wait to go before or after work to unwind and release, where everyone knows your name and you feel a sense of belonging. You’re instantly part of our CrossFit family.
We offer classes all day on weekdays as well as classes on Saturday and Sundays. A coach will always be available to assist you. We also offer several other programs you can view, to help you achieve any goals you have!

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. Workouts are different everyday, helping you find consistent results. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, biking, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form the prescribed “Workout of the Day” or “WOD”. The classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill or strength development session, the WOD. Performance on each WOD is scored by you to track your progress and provide friendly competition and/or to give you benchmarks to see your consistent results!
